Instead, we'll take a moment to pause and examine what inner "Chametz" we are carrying in our backpacks: limiting beliefs, stress, the expectations of others (or our own), and everything that no longer serves us. Come with an open mind to experience a short, powerful process, and to connect with other people on the same wavelength. Sharing is not mandatory if you don't want to – you can simply come and just be.
